This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use, Industry Member’s User Agreement, Advertising Sales Program Agreement, and all other terms of using our Sites and Services.

CowboysHighway com LLC collects information on our users only by your voluntary submission, for the sole purpose of listing your business or service or for the purpose of selling BEX Sunglasses.
•Personal Information
“Personal Information” refers to information that tells us specifically who you are, such as your name, phone number, email, postal address, and possibly information relating to certain support or customer service issues. In many cases, we need this information to provide to you many of the services that you may have requested.
•Submission of Reviews, Ratings, and Comments
 We collect information that you voluntarily provide as part of our Sites and Services, including any ratings, reviews, communications, information, data, text, photographs, audio clips, audiovisual works, or other materials you submit through the Sites and Services (“Content”). CowboysHighway com LLC may not share your Content with others.

 We may use information from businesses requesting listing on Website and Mobile App.

 CowboysHighway com LLC does not use cookies on the Website or Mobile App.

•Other Tracking
 CowboysHighway com LLC uses visit hits to anonymously count visitors for the purpose of analyzing traffic to Website and Mobile App. This information is used solely as anonymous visitor counts for the purpose of information needed by possible banner advertisers or page sponsors. Tracking technologies may record information such as Internet domain and host names; Internet protocol (“IP”) addresses; browser software and operating system types; clickstream patterns; and dates and times that our Sites and Services are accessed. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Sites and Services.

Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Sites and Services. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on our Sites and Services.

While we support the protection of our user’s privacy on the Internet, Cowboyshighway LLC expressly disclaims any and all liability for the actions of third parties, including but without limitation to actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of Personal Information by third parties.

Our Sites and Services may contain links to other websites operated by third parties. Cowboyshighway LLC does not control such other websites and is not responsible for their content, their privacy policies, or their use of Personal Information. Cowboyshighway LLC' inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such websites or of their owners or operators except as disclosed on the Sites and Services. CowboysHighway com LLC does not intend the Sites and Services to be used by individuals under the age of majority within the jurisdiction within which they reside without the supervision of a parent or guardian of majority age.
